The CTP Certification Advisory Council (CAC) was convened to define and drive CTP objectives. The CTP CAC past and present participants includes major telecom and IT companies such as Avaya, Cisco, First Telecommunications, IBM, Mitel and Siemens. The mission of the CTP CAC was to determine a general overview and skills objectives for the CTP certification, define the target CTP candidates, define the CTP exam competencies and questions, promote the CTP exam within their organizations as well as to the industry at large, and serve as an ongoing resource for CTP education and credentialing activities.
